Welcome to Class #3: "Duties and Responsibilities of Board Members; How to Handle Board Burnout", hosted by Beth Mulcahy. Esq.

The 2023 Virtual HOA/Condo Academy is in partnership with the cities of Avondale, Chandler, Glendale, Goodyear, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise and Tempe.

In today’s class, Beth Mulcahy, Esq. will provide a summary on the HOA/Condo bills that have been introduced in this legislative session who have moved out of committees, discuss the topic of HOAs and Condos limiting risk by using a FDIC-insured bank, then we will discuss the expected duties and responsibilities of board members along with tips on how to best handle board burnout.
