Welcome to class #2 of our firm’s 2024 Virtual HOA/Condo Academy - in partnership with the cities of Avondale, Chandler, Glendale, Goodyear, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise and Tempe.
In today’s session, I will provide a summary on the HOA/condo bills that have been introduced in this legislative session, then we will discuss everything you need to know about how to run legal and effective board meetings and annual meetings. I will be teaching you the proper planning, agenda preparation and procedure for conducting regular board meetings and annual meetings. I will also cover the use of virtual meetings, executive sessions, use of email to make decisions, minute taking, efficient and quick board meetings, and how the board can “shine” at annual meetings.
As always, there will be a free Q and A at the end of the class so we encourage you to submit your questions via the Q&A box on Zoom or the comments section on Facebook Live, and we will answer ALL of your legal questions during this session!
